These terms govern your use of advantralifesciences.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The site is operated by Advantra Lifesciences, a business name of Advantra Consulting Group LLC.

Who may use this site

You must be at least 16 years old, and you must have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of any organization you say you represent.

What this site is

This site describes services we offer to sponsors, CROs and research sites, and roles we recruit for. Nothing on it is an offer of employment, a guarantee of placement, a guarantee that a role remains open, or a quotation for services. A placement or an engagement exists only under a signed agreement.

Descriptions of our capabilities, functions, systems and delivery model are provided for information and may change.

Roles and applications

Roles shown or described may be filled, withdrawn or amended without notice. Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to share it, including any information about referees.

Screening, license verification and background checks are carried out only where a role requires them, with notice to you and the consent the law requires.

Text messages

Where you provide a mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, you consent to receive messages about roles, interviews and onboarding. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, code, marks and materials on this site belong to Advantra Consulting Group LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use and share links to them. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use the content to train a model without written permission.

Third party names and links

Platform and product names on this site, including clinical systems named on the capabilities pages, are used to describe hands-on experience held by people we place. No partnership, endorsement, certification or affiliation is implied, and all marks belong to their respective owners.

Links to third party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully, or to submit false or misleading information
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Do not scrape, crawl or harvest content or contact details beyond ordinary search engine indexing
• Do not upload anything containing malicious code
• Do not use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Advantra Consulting Group LLC and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify Advantra Consulting Group LLC against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Alameda County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
